In complex, highly-regulated environments, design’s highest leverage contribution isn’t the interface — it’s system clarity. I practice service design: tracing friction back through the processes, handoffs, and organizational behaviors that produce it. Then, I design the experience so the underlying system is legible, predictable, and actionable for the people inside it.
